Share your work

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Who can use this feature?

👤 By default, all Admins (but not Editors or Viewers).

🏢 Available on all plans.

Colabra was built for remote collaboration from the grounds up, and it makes it easy to share and co-work on projects with both internal team mates, and external clients or CROs.

Collaborate with your team

You can collaborate with other lab members by adding them to your Workspace or Organization (enterprise plan). Invite, suspend, and promote/demote members to admin roles from the Workspace members settings page.

G then S to go to settings, then go to Workspace → Members

Collaborator roles

You can set detailed permissions for each collaborator:

RolePermissions

Admin

can view any project, create new projects, edit/delete the workspace and add/remove collaborators

Editor

Viewer

When you invite members to a workspace, all projects it contains will be accessible with the same permissions. You can then assign higher or lower permissions for each project later.

Enterprise plan customers can also define custom roles and apply those to to external collaborators.

Share with external stakeholders

You can invite people from outside your organization to join individual Projects or Experiments as guests.

Simply click the Share button in the top right corner to open the sharing menu, and invite new people by email.
