The top part of the Analytics page shows basic progress metrics including the number of overdue, upcoming, in progress and completed experiments in the project.
This is followed by a heatmap graph showing the relative amount of activity across all experiments and team members involved in the project over the course of the past 12 months.
The Cadence graph shows the average number of experiments completed per week. This gives you an easy way to assess whether your team is keeping the same rhythm over the course of the project.
The Lead time section shows the average time it takes for an experiment to go from start to completion, and a chart of this metric over time.
This is followed by the average times it takes for an experiment to go from start to a review request, the time it takes it to get the first review, and finally the time it takes for the review process to lead to its approval.
These metrics are an excellent way to track and optimize team efficiency over time.
