Views

Create filtered views that you can save and share with others.
Who can use this feature?
👤 By default, all Admins, Editors and Viewers.
🏢 Available on all plans.
Views let you create custom views using filters to show only the experiments you want to see.
You can save, share and bookmark these views for easy access and faster team collaboration. They're helpful if you often use the same search queries or filters, want to see issues across multiple projects, or want to create shared views for easier team collaboration (e.g. weekly meetings).

G then U to go to Views.
O then V to open a specific view.
Option/Alt V to create a View from a filtered list.
Click on Views in the sidebar to open Views.
Bookmark views you use often so they show up under Bookmarks in the sidebar.
Click the three dot menu on specific views to edit filters or copy the link.
Click the Create view button to create views from 🔍 Advanced search or filtered lists (it'll show up if you apply at least one filter).
Search view while in a custom View to edit, favorite, delete, or copy the URL.
Search view from other views, use this to got to Views or open a specific view.

Access views

Access Views in the sidebar or type G then U from anywhere in the app to see a full list of Views across your workspace, and any personal ones you've created. O then V will show a menu of available views that you can open.

Create views

To build a custom view from scratch, click on View in the sidebar under My bench.
Alternatively, click the Create view button from 🔍 Advanced search or filtered lists (it'll show up if you apply at least one filter).

Edit views

To edit or delete an existing view, pick Edit form the three dot menu.

Shared views

If a view is created with the Workspace privacy setting, then the view will be shared on the workspace level and appear under Workspace views on the Views page.
To share a specific view with others, copy a link by clicking the custom view's three dot menu and selecting Copy view URL.

Bookmark views

We recommend bookmarking views that you access frequently, which will add the view under the Bookmarks section in your sidebar. Do this by clicking on the 🔖 bookmark icon next to the view name or from the three dot menu.
