Create templates for repeated experiments to save time and improve reproducibility.

Who can use this feature?

👤 By default, all Admins and Editors (but not Viewers).

🏢 Available on all plans.

Use templates to design experiments faster and guide researchers to share information effectively.

⌨️ Keyboard

G then O to go to Settings → Workspace → Templates.

Type /Template to insert a template inline.

Using templates

You can pick a table when creating a new experiment:

Or insert the template inline by typing /Template.

Managing templates

You can create, edit and delete templates from Settings → Workspace → Templates.

Deleting or editing templates will NOT affect experiments where the template was used before.
